Kim is an IAMI GUEST Accredited Interior trainer with nine years’ experience working onboard large motor yachts, cruising both well-known and far-flung regions of the world.
Having worked predominantly as Chief Stewardess and Purser on both private and chartered yachts, she has been involved in all aspects of the daily running of the vessels, as well as refit and new build projects and, therefore she knows first-hand the challenges her students may face.
She has trained shoreside, onboard and online. Drawing on her previous experience as a qualified teacher, Kim is ideally suited to provide a relaxed yet focused environment helping her students gain an in-depth understanding of the highest levels expected in all aspects of the Interior and guest service. She is committed to giving flexible, tailored training to each student to help them develop and reach their potential.
Sarah spent 12 years working on, and managing prestigious 50m-90m yacht interiors; 3 years as a stewardess – 2nd stewardess, then 9yrs in Chief Stewardess / Purser roles.
Prior to yachting, she studied French and Business at university and worked in Front of House positions for a large hotel chain in central London where she trained new staff and enjoyed working with a mix of cultures.
Sarah has specialised in Yacht crew training and recruitment since 2018, and is based in the South of France with her family.
She brings a wealth of experience, enthusiasm and refinement to her training and is a key member of the KDW Training team
